Which countries do you ship to?
We try to ship to as many countries as possible. If your country isn’t listed during checkout, please send an email to hi@tiniestudio.com and we will have a look if we can add your country.
What is the usual order processing time?
Some of our items are ready to be shipped instantly, others are made-to-order. This means that the processing time can vary. Ready-to-ship items typically take 2-3 working days of processing before they're shipped. For handmade items that are made-to-order, it can take up to 3 weeks. You will receive an email notifying you when your item has shipped.
How long does shipping take?
After processing, shipping usually takes around 4-6 working days for most places in the US, UK, and Europe. For more remote locations, it might take a little longer. If you’re in a hurry, please reach out and we can discuss express shipping.
What is your return policy?
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your item without providing a reason within 30 days of receipt as long as it’s in resalable condition. Please note that you would be responsible for the return postage.
If something is wrong with your delivered item, please get in touch within 14 days of receipt and we will find a solution.
You can start the return process by sending an email to hi@tiniestudio.com. Please don't send any items to our head office address without getting in touch first because the return address might differ.
Do you offer warranty?
Warranty is provided in accordance with the relevant consumer laws and regulations. If you run into any issues, please don’t hesitate to contact me so we can work it out.
